We’ll use Nancy Levin’s J.U.M.P. framework as both a self-awareness tool and a compass:

J: Journal the truth and desires that are ready to rise

U: Urge — honor what you want instead of what you “should” want

M: Monitor the body as your barometer of truth

P: Play — because transformation doesn’t have to feel like a root canal

Naming it out loud changes everything. You’ll share your truth without minimizing, explaining, or asking for permission.

WEEK 3: Imagine Yourself Free

WEEK 4: Make One Different Choice

You’ll interrupt the pattern by doing something—anything—differently. Change doesn’t wait for perfection.

WEEK 5: Set Your New Boundaries

You’ll get honest about what no longer fits, and begin protecting the space you’re growing into.

WEEK 6: Ask for Help

You don’t have to do this alone. You’ll learn to receive support without shame and build trust in connection.

Fear doesn’t mean stop. You’ll meet resistance with compassion and keep moving toward what matters.
