Each week builds on the last, helping you identify, name, and uphold the boundaries that will transform your life. You’ll get raw, real, and honest with yourself. And you will set yourself free.

WEEK 1: Own That It’s You Who’s Been Crossing Your Boundaries

It starts with the hardest truth: you’ve been the one overriding your own limits. This week, you stop the self-betrayal and reclaim the driver’s seat.

WEEK 2: Take a Boundary Inventory

You’ll shine a light on where your boundaries are missing, fuzzy, or getting trampled. No more hiding from the data—it’s time to get honest and clear.

WEEK 3: Conquer Codependence

You’re not responsible for fixing, managing, or smoothing over everyone else’s discomfort. You’ll start breaking free from old patterns of over-functioning.

WEEKS 4 & 5: Excavate Your Unconscious Mind

What’s running the show behind the scenes? You’ll uncover disowned qualities, shadow beliefs, and hidden commitments that have been sabotaging your boundaries from the inside out.

WEEK 6: Get Comfortable with Short-Term Discomfort

You’ll learn to stand still when guilt and fear come knocking. Growth hurts—and it’s worth it. This is where resilience starts to take root.

WEEK 7: Envision Your Empowered Future

You’ll stop reacting and start creating. This week, you design the relationships and life that match your new self-respect.

WEEK 8: Write Your Scripts

Boundary-setting is a skill. You’ll craft real-life language for hard conversations—so you’re not caught off guard when it counts.

WEEK 9: Choose Your Beginner Boundaries

Start small, go real. You’ll identify low-stakes places to practice and build momentum through aligned action.

WEEK 10: Set Your Bottom-Line Boundary

This is your line in the sand. You’ll name the boundary you will no longer cross—and learn to hold it with strength and grace.

WEEK 11: Repeat Until Free

You’ll complete this journey by honoring every shift you’ve made. This week is for locking in your growth and walking forward clear, grounded, and unapologetically whole.

WEEK 12: Integration + Celebration

This is where self-respect becomes your new normal and freedom gets real.
